JUNIOR ARCHITECTS

Our engineering expertise reaches across all sectors of the construction industry, providing pragmatic and practical design solutions to ensure our projects are spatially and operationally efficient. Our design process fully considers the installation and maintenance practicalities on site.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit Junior Architects to work as part of a team on technically challenging projects. This role will work in collaboration with local and global team to meet the project requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and managing projects and must have in-depth knowledge in current BIM versions.

• Monitors scope of works during project delivery and ensure work tasks are within our scope
• Follows project documentation programmes
• Reports changes, extensions, delays to the documentation programme
• Ensures timely delivery of submission packages in accordance with the assigned work tasks and programme milestone requirements
• Ensures quality and level of content for drawing production based on our drawing standards and client expectations
• Follows company standards and policy, and ensures consistency and standardisation
• Develops company exemplar set of drawings for reference for future projects
• Providing technical design support to the designers for new build, refurbishment, and alterations of construction projects including the space around the buildings
• Preparation of plans, specification, and drawings to ensure the effective and timely delivery of best value services that comply with all statutory building and design requirements
• Document control and filing

• Degree or Certificate in Architecture
• Knowledge of Windows environments, advanced working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, email, web-enabled applications, and database software
• Excellent attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge in current BIM versions
• Competent level of detailing and construction knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use time productively, maximising efficiency, and meeting deadlines
• Promotes knowledge transfer to the Revit team
• General understanding of Planning and Building Regulations
