BER 11 consists of two phases, each providing 8 MW IT (two data halls per phase), resulting in an overall building deployment of 16 MW IT. The floors are located over level 0 and level 1, with the chilled water-cooling plant located at the roof level and packaged electrical HV / LV and generation plant located externally. Chilled water is provided by air cooled ‘free cooling’ chillers in an N+2 resiliency configuration.
Black & White has completed the WS4 technical design and ongoing site support for the contractor team.
