Black & White was involved in the MEP design RIBA Stage 2 to Stage 7 employed by the client. Project Meridian is the first phase of the Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies UK Ltd (FDBK) bio campus to be constructed at the ‘North Site’ in Billingham, UK.

The development comprises of the construction of a new office and visitor facility that will accommodate around 400 staff in a modern, barrier-free office environment. This project supports modern methods of working including collaborative workspace settings, café spaces, and a suite of dedicated meeting spaces for staff, clients, and visitors.
