Project Falcon

Three new data centres within Dubai and Abu Dhabi, utilising the standard Client design and localising with regards to climatic conditions, local authority requirements and optimisations due to site limitations. The B&W team are working closely with the Client in order to deliver the full design within 20 weeks. B&W undertook the full MEP design for the following project deliverables: (1) Masterplanning for 132 MW IT; (2) Full MEP design of 48 MW IT; and (3) Construction fit-out for 24 MW IT. Black & White completed the masterplanning for both sites with the full MEP Design through to RIBA Stage 4. Black & White also provided a site supervision role, with eight full-time site engineers across all three sites.
