A 12 MW ITe scheme at 2000w per sqm was delivered into a shell provided by a developer. Black & White was involved from concept to influence the envelope through to full design to a 4A level. The design incorporates efficient heat rejection, isolated redundant distribution, and modularised plant deployment.
