North London Data Centre

A 16MW new data centre built within an existing industrial building. The design incorporated distributed redundancy, indirect air cooling, and a load density of 2.5kW per sqm. Concurrently, it also incorporated a maintainable design to the principles of UTI tier 3, offering 65,000 sqm of white space over two floors with separate amenity areas.
